TERMS OF SERVICE

1.     Definitions

“Client” refers to the subscriber of the service.

‘Account’ is the billing account linked to the subscription.

“Customer Data" implies any data gathered through online surveys and any data provided to us for the purpose of conducting primary or secondary research.

2.     Object

The Client entrusts LORÉE Market Research with the execution all primary and secondary research mentioned in the purchased subscription plan covering the following geographical areas: United Kingdom, United States and the Democratic Republic of Congo and any other geographic region as detailed in the signed research brief.

3.     Subscription Duration

The contract is concluded for a fixed term of 12 months, starting on the date the purchase date. Renewal can only be executed with the client's prior written consent at the end of the contract.

4.     Responsibilities

LORÉE Market Research commits to respecting and implementing, with due diligence, the following actions:

a. Organize and hold initial e-meeting within 48 hours of  subscription purchase. If the client requests to reschedule, an alternative day will be scheduled to best suit the client;

b. Design an unlimited number of questionnaires in accordance to client research brief at the client’s request and in line with proposed deadlines;

c. Make suggestions on survey modifications that may improve the quality of the research.

d. Collect, gather and analyze customer data generated from the surveys.

e. Conduct surveys for the Client on a timely basis according to the purchased subscription plan.

f. Produce timely reports compiled from survey results.

g. Organize and hold regular e-meetings to review survey results and new research requirements in line with subscription plan. 

5.     Client Obligations

a. The client has the responsibility to provide complete databases containing all information considered useful for the proper conduct of the investigations.

b. New survey requirements and existing modification must be accompanied by a signed research brief.

6.     Deadlines

LORÉE Market Research adheres to the strict compliance of deadlines mentioned in the article 4. In the event that the Client does not respect the deadlines set out in this contract, LORÉE Market Research will not be held responsible for any overflow of deadlines.

7.     Confidentiality

LORÉE will ensure strict confidentiality of the information to which it will have access during the execution of this contract, in particular to not divulge the contents of the various documents exchanged (customer data, analysis, administrative files).

The terms and conditions of this Agreement are absolutely confidential between the parties and shall not be disclosed to anyone else, except as shall be necessary to effectuate its terms. Any disclosure in violation of this section shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement.

8.     Data Ownership

All written and electronic documents, survey results and any discoveries made during the term of this Agreement, which are based on the services rendered by LORÉE Market Research to the client, are the sole property of the client.

9.     Subscription Cancellation 

LORÉE Market Research will comply to its refund policy.
